Research domains

My research focuses on the fatigue behaviour of metastable materials such as shape memory alloys. In particular, I am involved in the development of specialised testing equipment:

  • A rotating bending fatigue machine
  • A fatigue testing machine for SMA wires.

Subjects taught

  • Since 2000: Module coordinator for Industrial Engineering (IE) – SHES-S8.
  • Since 2002: Module coordinator for Quality and Reliability, then Quality and Environmental Quality (QEQ) – SHES-S8.
  • Since 2005: Coordinator for Mechanical CAD/CAM at ENIB.

Responsabilities

  • Since 2023: Operational Director of La Forge, the ENIB FabLab.
  • 2022–2024: Head of the Mechatronics Department at ENIB.
  • 2022–2023: Representative for the Masmeca Platform at ENIB.
  • 2018–2019: Member of the Technical Organisation Committee for CFM 2019 in Brest.
  • 2008–2011: Quality Officer at ENIB.
  • 2006–2009: Webmaster of the Mechatronics Research Laboratory.
  • 2002–2004: Head of the Adaptive Mechatronic Systems team at the Computer Engineering Laboratory (LI2) of ENIB.
